Why climb with us

The details that get you to Uhuru Peak

Kilimanjaro success is mostly about acclimatisation, crew quality, and not cutting corners on safety. Here's how we stack up.

92% summit rate

Higher than the published industry average of ~65%. Earned through long, proper acclimatisation profiles — not shortcuts.

KPAP-certified guides

Our lead guides are TPS- and KPAP-licensed, with a 1:2 guide-to-climber ratio. Porters are paid fair wages and carry under the 20 kg KPAP limit.

Twice-daily health checks

Pulse-oximeter, resting heart rate, and Lake Louise score every morning and evening. Honest call: if you shouldn't go up, we descend.

Mountain safety kit

Emergency oxygen, Gamow bag (portable altitude chamber) above 4,500 m, satellite phone with every team, evacuation insurance arranged on request.

15+ years on the mountain

Over 3,000 climbers guided to Uhuru Peak since 2010. Our route knowledge is hard-won — and it's why we'll talk you out of a route that won't suit you.

Quality camp partners

Walk-in dome tents and dining mess on premium climbs. Quality double-walled tents and proper sleeping bags on every tier. No wet floors, no broken zips.

Choose your route

Climbers who made it to Uhuru Peak

Summiting Kilimanjaro was the hardest, most rewarding thing I've ever done. The crew were incredible and kept us safe the whole way.

We chose the Northern Circuit on their recommendation. Slow, scenic, and we both summited on a perfect blue-sky morning. Worth the extra two days.

I'd done Aconcagua and EBC before this. The acclimatisation profile on their Lemosho 8-day is genuinely better than what I'd seen elsewhere.

Our lead guide was a walking encyclopaedia of the mountain and somehow always knew when to push and when to slow down. Felt safe the entire climb.
