Privacy Policy

A short, plain summary of what data we hold about you, why we hold it, and how to get it removed.

What we collect

  • Your name, email, and phone if you submit a booking or inquiry.
  • Travel preferences and itinerary details you share with us.
  • Payment metadata from our processor (Stripe / PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Basic site analytics (page views, referrer) — no third-party advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To plan your trip, confirm bookings with lodges and operators, and follow up after your travels. We do not sell or share your data with marketing partners.

Your rights

You can ask us to export everything we hold on you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your account and all associated bookings. Email privacy@oddyadventure.com — we reply within 7 days.

Retention

Booking records are kept for 7 years for tax and audit. Marketing email opt-in is kept only until you unsubscribe (one click in any newsletter).
