Terms of Service

A booking is confirmed once we've received your deposit and emailed a written confirmation. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless we say otherwise. Prices are in USD and exclude park fees, visas, and international flights unless explicitly listed.

Date changes inside 30 days of travel may carry lodge penalties — we'll pass those through at cost. Cancellation terms follow our published refund schedule (see Payment Options). For force majeure events we'll credit you rather than keep funds.

You agree not to scrape pricing, attempt to access admin areas, or submit fraudulent bookings. We log abuse and reserve the right to block IPs and report fraudulent activity.

Photos, itineraries, and content on this site are ours or licensed to us. Feel free to share links; please don't republish images without asking.

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any dispute is to be resolved in the courts of Arusha.
